Apologies if you've already seen these photos on Facebook. I ran a retreat in the snow game using The Men who Would be Kings at my club last weekend. I only had half sized units, so the game was fast and bloody. The French had to get their men and wagons across the table while attacked by Russian Cossacks, partisans, Jaegers, Grenadiers and wolves. As it turned out, the French only made it 3/4 of the length of the table before they hit a blocking force of Russians. I plan to run the game again, but this time with 3/4 sized units which won't be so brittle.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your kind words!
A little bit of everything. French metals include: Tradition of London, ORYON, J.S. Dietz and Frontline. French plastics include Hat, Imex and Starlux. Russians include: Del Prado Cossacks, TSSD lancers with head swaps, Engineer Basevich foot Cossacks, AIP regular Russian infantry and the peasants are from some unnamed Russian plastic maker I found on eBay.
Cheers, Nick

You mentioned Facebook, is there an official "Little Wars Revisited" Facebook group? (and if not, should there be?)
