Interesting, I remember seeing these on Thor's site a while back. Do you think they would work as lightweight campaign rules, where whenever two forces meet a tactical battle is translated to another table using other rules?

Yes, I could see that working. The rules as they stand are a funny mix of tactical and strategic elements, although due to the very simplistic tactical rules it's the strategic element that has most sophistication.

Spirit, thanks. I had found the 1929 rules. But the updated rules written by Thor Sheil do not seem to be available in a pdf.
