I've just added a very nice Dinky 25pdr., tractor and limber to the Emporium. I seem to have a memory from the very dim and distant (55 years ago!) of playing with this toy and it having a gun crew for the 25pdr. 1. Am I correct?
2. You're dreaming Dickhead... mixed up with the Airfix models you got much later!
3. Correct, they did.
4. See question 3... can you still glean the guncrew, if so, where from?
Any help or assistance from the Brethran would be most appreciated.

I don’t recall ever seeing a crew for the 25pdr. Or indeed any Dinky guns. But what do I know?

V, It looks like the three part set you have is the under scale set not compatible with 1/32 scale but match all the regular toys cars they did through the years. These smaller scale vehicles didn't come with free standing crew figures as far as I know.
DINKY did do a 1/32 scale range of WW2 vehicles and artillery pieces, some had crew. Diecast vehicles with plastic parts , any figures are plastic. British 17 pounder gun with Bren Carrier as its' towing vehicle. 2 vehicle crew ,No gun crew. British Long Range Desert Patrol Jeep with driver. German 88mm gun in static mode with 3 man crew in plastic. German 88mm gun in transit mode with wheels , no crew. German Pak gun with Kubelwagen as it's towing vehicle. No crew. Kubelwagen has a roof. German SDKFZ 225 Halftrack with mounted Pak gun in the back. no crew. U.S. 75mm Artillery piece with 3 man crew in plastic. I think there was also a U.S. Jeep but can't remember if it was offered as a towing vehicle for the 75mm gun. The gun crews are very similar to made up Tamiya kit figures but made as solid pieces, the Bren Carrier crew are half figures and the Jeep drivers are ALMARK painted hard plastic figures. It would be possible to make a crew for the 17 pounder using AIRFIX multipose or the solid plastic figures. Any Help ? Les

The British AT gun was a 6-pounder - lovely model.
