In case you need some quality, modern 54mm terrain in a hurry, the folks over at Combat Storm are offering these papercraft terrain items as a free download. You need to scroll about halfway down the page to get to the first download link; there are links to more files as you scroll further down. The files include buildings, sandbags, concrete road dividers, cars, cargo containers, dumpsters, walls, and half-walls, some of which have a Middle Eastern look to them, as Combat Storm is based upon modern conflicts.
Basically, all you need to do is to print these files up on cardstock, cut out the images with a razor knife, and fold/glue them up into paper terrain. There is even a link to a YouTube tutorial on how to assemble them, if you've never built papercraft terrain before (there are some handy tricks in there, so the video is worth it).
