Thought these pics may inspire/interest others of a brilliant looking 54mm game put on by the Huntingdon & District Wargaming Society that was put on at this years West Midland Modelling Show (It is a wargame show but also has some display stands showing models etc) Enjoy

Thanks for the photos. I saw the game as well and it was very impressive. Not many 54mm games are put on at shows, so it's great when we see one

Hi davel Yes I agree, you don't see many 54mm games these days. I used to enjoy seeing The Skirmish Wargames Group put on some of their games at Partizan at Kelham Hall, Newark in the past, in fact I used to go up and see Mike "Botch" Blake a few years ago to chew the fat and talk about as he termed "The True Scale". They did put on some cracking games, my favourite of which was a canoe raid by Butlers Rangers and "Hessians" across a lake to attack an American position with a Blockhouse up above on a bluff with several ships moored up below along a jetty, fantastic stuff!! I believe they still put on some games at Southern shows. Stu

Very impressive looking game. I see a lot of the HaT plastic figures in the pictures.
