Sounds splendid, l very much look forward to seeing them . By the way have you seen the lovely 18th century Turks manufactured by Engineer B ? This is such an an interesting period in history, l have always liked the shooting club which was involved in the defence of the city?

Unfortuately it "clashes" with a show in Sidcup on the Sunday, which I am already committed to. But if I can do some persuasion I might be able to get to both... Would love to see and play with Eric's Ottomans.

Thanks for the information on the hotel where most people stay over. Helps me plan logistics in advance.
Looks like it's shaping up for a fine day's play.
The Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are looking forwards to it!

Yes I have some of the Ottomans waiting in the paint queue, they are large but magnificent mouldings, too good to ignore. Eric

Hooray - I have now flexibly booked my train ticket and have flexibly booked my Double Trees Hilton Woking room for Friday and Saturday night. Simple room booking - just me and two or three patrols of Scouts, both boys and girls. Strangely the website booking page didn't have an option for 1 adult and 16 to 24 children (all children about 54 to 60mm high). They didn't get offered a tiny railcard each or group railcard either. We're all looking forward to it! Well I've been and gone and done it. I've booked in at the Hilton from 13th-15th March ready for the Games Day on the Saturday. Looking forward to seeing friends old and new (and sneaking some 6mm in to annoy Anthony!!!!)
Best Wishes Dave
