Polish Lancers uniform is basically the same as the Red Lancers and other Lancer regiments, it depends on how accurate you want to be but judging from the pic shown I'd say that the Czapska is the only thing that would need some minor alterations and a different paint job , of course. Here are the illustrations from the HISTOREX kits which clearly show the differences to let you judge for yourself.
The saddle covering may be different in some cases. You should also get away with using them as BRUNSWICK Lancers as a BRITISH ALLIED Cavalry unit. Attachments:

dave1, Here is the illustration of the BRUNSWICK Lancer Squadron, that I mentioned. Just to give you the complete range of possibilities, depending on which heads come with the set, a covered Czapska would be useful for doing the Pennisular Campaign as they seemed quite common.

And here are the Imperial Guard. Scott Lam also sent out a set of notes about assembling, gluing and painting Expeditionary Force figures. Thanks for the update Rahway! I heard from the lancers (Just got a whole bunch of build Airfix lancers from eBay before I heard the news haha) but did not knew they would already arrive in January! The future release of Expeditionary force is running behind for quite some time. Did you got these images from the owner directly? I am totally not into the 1815 campaign (Aiming for 1809 and later 1812 and with those armies I can also play earlier battles), I heard rumors of Ex-Force French in Pre bardin uniforms, can you confirm this or is it just a rumor? Still the price tag for me is in the way when it comes to Ex Force figures..Still hope HaT will come with some decent pre bardin French. Best, Stan

You should still be pleased with your Airfix purchase.
A few days before a set is released Scott Lam sends an email to retailers and some hobby news sites with photos and descriptions. Sometimes he includes a tease of the next se, such as the photos of the Polish Lancer and British Dragoon. This is the communication you will see on sites like Stad's. When the set is actually released an email is sent to those customers who buy sets directly from Expeditionary Force. For the most part this is the same email that was previously sent to the retailers but Scott will add something to the end that was not in the previous email. In this case it was the photos of the Imperial Guard.
Several collectors have sent questions to Scott, who is willing to reply to such emails. From these responses it seems that there will be an Imperial Guard range and then a few sets of British and French for the Peninsular battles. I have not seen any photos yet of line infantry in the long-tiled coats.
Then, in late 2020 or 2021 comes the 18th century. British vs. Scots for the '45, British vs. French for the F&I war and the SYW. The Ottoman Empire, Mughal Empire, Prussia and Austria are options being considered, but are not definite.

Wow thanks for this insight Rahway! That sounds like very ambitious plans! Prussians and Austrians for the Napoleonic wars?

Just ordered mine. Had hoped for a horse and horse holder, but no luck. Some conversion work required now!!!!
I asked about ZPenindular War figures. They will do some, but none planned for this year. The Old Guard in habit-longue will be the closest to Peninsular War uniforms. They should be out 2021
