In the US
dunken.com/ They supply molds for the Alamo, the ACW and WWII as well as carrying some Prince August moulds .
www.dutkins.com/catalog/ Their 54mm Lil Army moulds cover a wide range from Ancients through the AWi, ACW and Colonials to WWII. They are a bit clunky in style but very compatible sizewise wip AIP and new Britain's.
Miniature Molds www.miniaturemolds.com/LIST-OF-MOLDS-SERIES_c2.htm
has a wide and erratic range from antique moulds to copies of mid 20th C figures and some originals. They are especially useful for a small range copies of old Britain's, Herald and Authenticast Guards and Highanders and a large selection of ACW copies inc Marx Deetail, Authenticast and esp Imrie Risley figures. I have no idea about the licensing but they have been in business for decades.
In Ireland:
