Great looking game! But you didn't use matchsticks for ammo?

How did you handle the fact that the guns don't actually knock figures over? I have resorted to using a shell radius (as suggested in the Appendix at the back of the book) with different weight shells having different blast radii and you kill anything in the blast range. You have to actually hit a figure for the shell to explode...

I have resorted to using a shell radius (as suggested in the Appendix at the back of the book) with different weight shells having different blast radii and you kill anything in the blast range. You have to actually hit a figure for the shell to explode... They usually wobble a bit, or its pretty obvious they were hit as the Q-tip bounces of them. Trickier was when the q-tip shears off the figure at a weird angle. Both players thus have to watch the shot carefully.

Great looking game! But you didn't use matchsticks for ammo? No. Q-tips with cotton buds cut off were used.
