Looks like they're based on the Gears of War videogame series. I don't know the story so can't comment on who each of these figures represents, but I do like the hovering drone robot thing.
I just ordered a pack and will let you all know how they scale with other sci-fi 54mm troops.
Mike Blake might be of particular interest given your wide variety of sci-fi projects!

Well scouted! Had not heard of these - had some of the characters in 100mm years ago. Have just ordered a set from AUK - they are billed as 2 inch so similar to the Fallout76 - I imagine they will need heel-lifts to work with 54mm. Aliens less so of course - who knows what size an alien is supposed to be!

Just got mine today, pretty happy with them. A nice soft plastic (though with a little base deformation on one of them). Definitely on the smaller/slighter build side but they still fit in with a wide variety of different sci-fi and modern troops pretty well, including the Star Wars Command line and Timmee's sci-fi and modern M16 troops (and are still taller than the Lanard Corps Elite figures).
Pic for scale!

Just got mine too - agree your assessment for the figures you mention. They are rather too small to go with my JD and Fortnite figs though IMHO. The humans that is. I think a simple headswap would help - they seem to be disproportionately small? I shall try it before attempting anything more serious...
