www.amazon.co.uk/Games-War-Treasury-Battles-Soldiers-ebook/dp/B07933X71R/We discussed these rules at the Toy Soldier Show and I promised to post a link. The Kindle edition is a steal at £2.99. The basic premise of the rules is that a neutral referee sets difficulties of actions by assigning a target to roll on 2d6, Free Kriegsspiel style. But the book is full of complete rulesets with pre assigned target numbers and modifiers for many different scales, periods, mass battle, skirmish, fantasy and sci fi as well as some role playing. It’s a big melting pot of ideas with plenty to steal for your games.

I have this book in Kindle form as well. Definitely worth the price of admission!

I think so. Some of the charts will be easier to read in physical form. I don’t have a physical Kindle, but use the app on my iPad. I think there are Kindle apps for Android too.

I too use the Kindle app on my phone and laptop (even though I have a Kindle)and quite agree the physical version would definitely make some of the charts easier to read. The price doesn't sound unreasonable and frankly I haven't been able to find used copies for much less when I've looked.
