I see from the website that Peter Johnson has withdrawn the range as the moulds are worn. They certainly are. I bought sveral hundred late last year and most of th ecastings were dreadful and needed lots of cleaning up. Its only that there's no alternative that I didn't send them back for a refund. The horses were unuasable and sadly it took a lot of doing to get Peter to make a new mould and produce some decent castings though they still needed some cleaning up.
A real shame as the designs by Aly Morrison are wonderful.
The Little Britains are continuing in production.

Such a shame as STS and Irregular were the start of my 42mm collections. I bought some of the latter Victorian range recently just before the change of ownership and they were good.
For those interested I have a French, British and Italian mid 19 century range 42mm toy soldier range contact ceb@ewbts.co.uk see pictures on website E W Baylis Toy Soldiers

Beautifully crisp castings ...
