We played the game using FofL rules. Marshal Twerp deployed himself and his deputies around town, after hearing Tuco and his band of Mexican border trash, were coming to town draw conclusions, with the Dunder gang. All three sides got well stuck in and the action was fast and furious, Tuco snuck up to the roof of the 'Silver Dollar' and dropped Twerp, badly wounded, outside the jail. Tuco flung down his empty pistol and went to finish the badly wounded Marshal with his Bowie knife... totally forgetting the old chestnut about bringing a knife to a gunfight he stopped one right through the melon from the Marshal!
The gunfighting broke out all around the jail, but was settled decisively by a Mexican armed with a Henry rifle, firing from the roof of the bank... he played the 'shoot twice with one action' card and filled the sidewalk and alleyway with four dead or dying shootists, Twerp being one of 'em. Leaving him and one companyero the last man standing!
A great game who's twists and turns had us laughing from start to finish. The game could have swung either way right up to last couple of turns when the Mex with his Henry did some splendidly deadly shooting.
