Been a while since I've posted but here is a simple conversion I did a month ago, a British Officer armed with a fusil based on an Accurate AWI figure with the addition of an epaulette and sash from greenstuff, a sword belt from "lead" foil with addition of metal sword and scabbard. Attachments:

Very nice indeed, he looks as if he's just caught a whiff of something unpleasant, a common person perhaps?

Now for some haughty Grenadiers There are some Britain's Line Infantry I picked up cheap some years ago, lopped their tricorne wearing heads off, added Accurate AWI British Grenadier heads and re-painted/touched up where required, shaded/improved existing painting etc and bob's your uncle. Still have 4 to do

Next a Britain's Napoleonic French seaman, again picked up cheap with 3 other fellows and this one has had his side burns shaved off, a queue added along with a scabbard and belt plus a mainly complete re-paint to make him a generic seaman for the AWI etc.

Next conversion is a man of the cloth. His body is from a Lemax Christmas figure, the head from an ACTA AWI Maryland Infantrymen and legs from an Accurate AWI standard-bearer.

Well it's been 6 months since I posted anything, not a lot done in the "True Scale" for various reasons during these past dark months, but here is a conversion I completed earlier in the year of a South Carolina standard bearer (just the rest of the unit to convert at some point).
