Hi, If the Zulu wars are your interest, then take a look around the new Expeditionary Force figures. They have released Married and Unmarried Zulu warriors and several British boxes of figures. The standard of the sculpts is very good. A review of the Zulu figures is in the latest issue of "Toy Soldier Collector", or visit the website site www.expeditionaryforce.com.sg The mounted British can be seen on the future releases page and are magnificent. Best Wishes Dave

I've been waiting for the mounted British and Imperial figures from Expeditionary Force for a long time. And I agree they are magnificent. My one quibble is that the equipment carried by the mounted figures does not match that of the dismounted figures. The dismounted figures have cartridge belts over their shoulders and the mounted figures do not. So even if both wear the helmet with the spike, which mine do, they do not entirely match. But that did not prevent me from buying one set of each!
