Thanks for the heads up on those. I may be in the minority in this, but I find figures like this rather over-posed, too frenetic, for my taste. I guess I prefer slightly more static sculpts!

Actually, the Revenant and Bear is Warhansa, but it is on its way too.

I find myself reluctantly agreeing because I like action poses, but designers now seem to be in manga/superhero territory! The trouble then is that the figure becomes a caricature rather than a character - IMHO. But that said, always nice to see new sets being produced in these crazy times.

I agree as well in general (though other than the few on the right I actually like many of the poses in the OP set above) because I want a pose that can look natural in multiple situations so the figure is more versatile and useful. A guy kneeling and shooting can be doing that from anywhere: behind a wall, from a window, beside a tree, or on an open plain as part of a firing line, but a guy jumping dramatically over a log, while it looks cool in a diorama, can't really be used in other circumstances.

I agree with all that has been said about the action poses. I am using these and the Mountain Men from this company for the low level skirmish game Long Rifle by TwoHourGames and these two sets will be about all of the characters I’ll need. Occasionally I may sneak them into an F&I battle, but I think I have plenty of others for that.

My Huron and Mountain Men arrived today. I know there were a number of individuals who felt that they were possibly too active, but I thinks these are outstanding! They will be used for THW Long Rifle rules, which are man-to-man level, so these will do nicely. Color me pleased.
BTW, ordered them April 10. I think most of the trip from Russia to SoCal was via yak, lol.

Just looked at these again and I found I rather liked them as like others when I looked initially when announced, I to thought they were over active poses, but now I think as a one off set in ones collection they would look rather cool!
