please share any terrain or building ideas you guys have. Here's my first attempt at a ye-olde-medievale-buildinge structure. I worked off reference pics and used hot glue, wood and cardboard mainly, with filla and sawdust for the daub. Oh yeah the door and arch are a resin copy of something I made a few years ago. I just tried to knock something together with what I had around the house. I am going to make a few structures while the mood takes me and hopefully I've made all my mistakes on this one. It doesn't open up or anything so essentially it's just a big blob on the table. Future buildings I think I might try and have a bit more functionality to them I'm yet to paint the building but it doesn't look to bad as is Comments and critique most welcome

Excellent!
To open or not to open - frankly half the time it is just an inconvenience as the insides are never really big enough, and you have to put the roof somewhere! We draw a floorplan to scale and work on that, or a 3 sides filmset.

ooh i like that 3 sides filmset approach....I'm working on a stable at the moment with a removable roof but maybe the next one I'll give that a go cheers Mike!

Great piece! Would love to see more terrain on this board as that's something I struggle with the most.
