Most of the places I look have replacement weapons for $1 each. That is going to get pricey. I can 3d print my own but I have resin printers and the swords are going to be fragile to say the least. For the polearms I can bash those together easily enough on my own. Is there a place in the US like Steve Weston's where I can get usable blades for less than a buck each?

You might look up AmeraLabs TGM-7 resin (https://amzn.to/2Xo3nbM) as it is designed to print super flexible and won't be as breakable as standard resins (though it's obviously more pricey, you can use it for enough things that it should still pay for itself).

Good call. Will dig into flexible resins.
