VENUE

The Venue is the Gallery on the Second floor of Christchurch, Woking which is the church in the main Jubilee Square in the centre of Woking.

Christchurch, Jubilee Square, Woking GU21 6YG

If coming from the railway station, exit on the platform 1 side, cross the road and walk down Church Path next to Natwest. Turn left at the end and then right down the side of Lucianos. You will see the church on your right just before the square.

If you enter through the bookshop, you walk straight through and then you'll find the lift and stairs. Go to the second floor, turn right through the double doors and right and you'll find the Gallery at the end of the corridor.

Toilets are on the first floor of the building to the right as you come down the stairs from the second floor.

PARKING

There is no parking at the church. The best car park, if you are driving, is the Victoria Way Car Park (on Victoria Way) which is a multi-storey, pay on exit car park. Come out the entrance and turn right and walk towards town and you will see the church on your left by the town gates at Jubilee Square.

If you need to drop scenery, etc off then you can park at the back of church to unload and then move your car to Victoria Way. The best thing to do is give me a ring on my mobile and I will meet you at the back of the church and sort out getting in the back door.

TIMINGS

9.30 We will setup tables, organise coffee, etc
10.00 People arrive, have a coffee and set up games
10.30 play first game of the day
13.00 Break for Lunch
14.00 Resume second game of the day
17.00 Start to pack up, replace tables, etc
18.00 retire to a local restaurant for those that want to stay on.

All times approximate depending on what happens on the day.

There is a cafe within Christchurch which does very good food or several sandwich shops, coffee bars and restaurants in Woking itself. We may need a trip out of the church to view the Martian Tripod statue and H G Wells at some point as well.
