Trying to get through my backlog of figures so here's a few more conversions from me: from L to R: An airfix Japanese soldier, airfix soccer player, airfix man at arms, marx robinhood recasts. All have been mucked around with to look like peasants/ levies/ baggage carriers etc etc. I might have made a couple of the noses a bit big! I mainly used apoxy sculpts and repositioned arms. really quick and easy with a tabletop standard paintjob Next up another Marx robin hood recast to look like a cleric/ druid/ cultist type. Next one is from a Star wars game with a pirate head to be a merchant, a straight up pirate from zizzle and finally a disney toy figure with an elf head.

I like the noses. Loads of character in those, Jhonpog - very, very well done!

Thanks both I am slowly amassing enough figures for fantasy battles above and below ground. To be honest I am enjoying the process of collecting and converting as much as I am looking forward to actually playing So I'm trying to make figures with a bit of character to them which I think suits the genre. when you look at the 25mm 28mm ranges of figures there's alot to be admired; some of the sculpting is amazing as well as the detail and life in the figures. But I am not tempted to shift scales I'd rather stick to 54mm as its more challenge therefore more fun. I'm thinking about a homebrew set of rules. I want to capture the speed of cinematic battles and have things simple enough to play with my son. So as many figures as I can manage, minimal dice rolls and lots of movement/ heroic actions
