Northern 54mm Games Day - end of September 2022

Hi all, can I introduce myself; I am Antony Spencer and, with my wife and daughter, took over the running of Imperial Miniatures/Dorset Model Soldier from Mike at the beginning of October 2021.
I have been a wargamer for over 40 years and, apart from my family, it is my greatest passion. I am now developing a new one for the world of toy soldiers and it is the start of a great adventure.
In support of 54mm wargaming I would like to run a Northern Gaming Day to mirror the one run by Mike in March.
The plan is to run the event at the North West Gaming Centre based in Stockport (the home of Element Games). Stockport is a good location as it is on the main train line between Manchester and the south, has good motorway connections and is close to Manchester Airport. There is a Premier Inn just across the road from the gaming centre for those who would like to stay over.
To help me take plans forward I would like to find out who would be interested in attending the event and whether you think it should be a one day or possibly see if we run a two day event.
